Who we are
Jamie and James, who run the business, both grew up in St Just, Cornwall. Both have a passionate interest in the Cornish vernacular and architectural style that mixes both traditional and modern building techniques.
The business employs a small team of highly skilled builders and carpenters to help acheive this goal. The majority of the work undertaken stems from an excellent reputation locally which is hoped to be built upon in the coming years.
Here at Cape Cornwall Builders we provide a wide range of services. Sructural carpentry and cut-roofs, timber frames, new-builds, barn conversions, extensions, stone-masonry and ground works to name a few. The team has operated throughout the area over the past 20 years and gained a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the quirks and idiosyncracies associated with old cornish houses but is equally adept and up to date with modern building techniques and quite happy working on modern architect -led homes.
